I agree with previous reviews of this complex. There are more cons than pros with this complex. I was not aware of the crime , but I can believe since the crime patrol is rolling around more often these days.

My apartment also smells of smoke and I don't smoke.
Maintence and office managment do not seem to care what problems are occurring as long as rent is in on time.
The office staff is horrible, especially the manager. The office manager is the rudest person I have ever met with such a non-chalant attitude.

My bathroom ceiling constantly leaks and maintence came out and ripped the sheet rock off and that was over a month ago and no one has failed to come back despite our numerous requests for the job to be completed.

Our guests are not able to get into the gates because according to office staff the last gate company they had erased all the numbers from the motherboard and the new company is trying to figure out how to recover them. This has been about 4 months. So kiss your social visits goodbye unless they can find someone else coming through the gate or you go and let them in the walk in gates. Bull!!!!!!

Bottom line, not at all what they make it out to be!!!! Stupid, rude, unreliable office staff. The rent is actually a Rip off when you consider how the ragedy apartments are!
