Management does seem to want you to pay more money than less. But they have been very very professional about helping with all requests that I made for repairs. IT's an unbelievable location in terms of being close to shopping malls, supermarkets, restaurants and shops. I really like the gym that is available 24 hours as well. So far, I haven't experience any of the crimes that others mentioned.
Very neat floor plans. I went condo shopping across the street from the apt. complex where a 2 bedrooms costs $170,000. They did not have as good floor plans as here.
I really have been very happy so far.
