Great Location, ok apartment.

I have a 1 BR here and I enjoy the location...close to work, uptown, Greenville. The apartments are older and could use updating, but LPC owns the property as well as The Village (down the road) and they keep things pretty nice.

Some negatives are the tree roaches - you will need to stay ontop of management to treat your apmt. Also, the neighborhood can be dodgey at times so be careful if you are a single girl.

Other than that I would recommend the apmt. to a person who can deal with/or prefers an older Dallas apartment.
