I have lived in the Amesbury Parc Apartments for 3 months now. I pay $1,000.00 per month because I only wanted a 3 month lease. (We are buying a house.) Anyway, the grounds are filthy, covered in mud and dog poop. Huge dogs live here and nothing is done to curb the dogs. Don't get me wrong, I love dogs and have one myself but I don't like stepping in dog poop. Overall, the place is run down and DIRTY. My apartment has roaches even after numerous calls to the management, who btw, will only meet with you if you have an appointment. The worthless bald manager prefers to sit at his computer and ignore all calls. Wait, that's not the worse of it...the outside (Picadilly East) has water pipe leaks. It never gets fixed. The pregnant girl next to me fell in the mess.

Listen, don't live here--this place is a slum.
