i lived in amesbury parc for quite some time.
it was ok at first. the new management team is highly unethical to say the least. i moved out after giving notice 3 months in advance. they lost my notice and have attempted to bill me 3000 dollars. even though i produced a copy of my notice they are still unwilling to adjust the charge.

mold and roaches are a huge problem there. robberies in the pasrking lot and by the laundry room were frequent. car break-ins were a nightly event. a grounds keeper got out of his car, didnt place it in parc and let it run into my parked car. i saw this out of my bed room window as he tried to drive away i ran outside and caught him. he had no license or insurance. i finally got the apartment complex to pay the damages. loud neighbors and fighting go on weekly. my cell phone 911 records can confirm this.

this place is a nightmare. go down the street to another complex and youll be much happier
