This has been a great apartment experience. The staff is absolutely wonderful, and are very quick to fix any problems (not that we've had any), or to answer any questions. There is free exterminating every Tuesday if you need it - We have used it a couple of times for ants. I've seen only 2 water bugs, which is gross, I know, but it is to be expected in TX. I hate to read all these other reviews that are negative! We have great neighbors, and can rarely hear them through the walls. The landscaping is kept up every single week, and when we first moved in there was a problem with dog poop everywhere, but they have been strictly enforcing picking up after your pets lately (writing tickets etc), so that problem is gone. Neither my fiance or I has had a problem with any break ins, I feel like the area is very secure - Crime Strik patrols through fairly often. I would definitely recommend to anyone.
