I have lived in Amesbury for about two years, and I don'[t know what everyone is complaining about. Sure there are roaches, and yeah there ARE actually people of different races and cultures, but seriously when did ignorance become a characteristic of this apartment complex. The staff is wonderful. The manager has done nothing but help me when I needed it, and that has been a lot. I would like to see some of you people who are complaining about EVERY little thing try and run two complexes by yourself, especially when there are people like YOU disrespecting them like l=that. I think if all you people are so miserable, MOVE OUT. Do everyone else az favor. Oh yeah, by the way, I am one of those "spoiled colloege students", and NO, my daddy doesn't pay my rent, and bills, I do. The spoiled rich kids at SMU don't live in this apartment complex, it is mostly athletes. Yeah there are parties, didn't you go to college' Maybe thats why you're so ignorant. We are young, and like to have a good time, sorry if you are old and grumpy and miserable with how your life is. The parties that do go on, don't last all night long, and I would LOVE to try and have someone prove there was a live band..... THEY DON"T PLAY IN APARTMENTS. It is probably that thing called...... um..... oh yeah, a RADIO. Get a life, stop complaining, and if you don't like all the mess around your apartment, clean it up yourself. The apartment manager is just that, he's not your mother, he can't just follow everyone around picking up after them. That is up to them.
To Amesbury Parc staff- I thank you for your help, and I commend you for your patience with these ignorant people

Actually, I'm not a college kid and I got out because the apt management failed to repair major problems including electrical, sewer backups, mold, and other health hazards. They violated the Fair Housing Act multiple times and their own contract continually. I keep a very clean home, but that apt had dirt (not dust) and debris coming out of the air vents. There were ants in the walls, holes in the walls, and more. The workmen rarely knew how repairs should be done and did their poor best. The management failed to instill the OSHA requirements for safety and their foreman was badly injured as a result. So, don't be so quick to judge the appropriateness of the comments. I'm glad you had a better experience because our was a nightmare.
