I am moving because there are other apt around here that are cheaper the security gate has been broken for months now. I moved in 3 years ago at alot higher rent and they won't bring it down to want they are rent the same apt for now. Maintance is okay. Manager semms a little standoffish is nice and he listens to your problem. The plumbing in some units do need work but I think it because it is a older apt. Now about the waterbugs they are every where including Highland Park. Texas just needs to have a good freeze to kill off some off those hug bugs. People with dogs please pick up your poop.
