I have lived in this community for some time, I like the area and the staff is friendly. As long as you don't have a problem. Recently, in an effort to rent open units, they have been allowing anyone in. With this "open" policy has come problems. Mostly from inconsiderate neighbors who don't follow the community policy. The current, biggest problem - DOGS! Today at 6am it sounded like the inside of a kennel here, in violation of both city ordinance and community policy. Managements answer - "what can we do about it'"

Right now, if you are reading this, I would look elsewhere for a place to live. I know when my lease is up, I?m moving.
