Lived there for my last year at SMU… would not wish it upon anyone else!

The apartments are cheep and uninspired but would be livable if not for the noise (paper thin walls) and the incompetence of the office staff.

The staff is clueless, either not knowing their jobs or not caring enough to actually do anything. Add to that the almost constant rotation of new people and well nothing gets done… ever. When a pipe burst in the apartment above mine and water was coming through my ceiling it took over an hour for anyone to respond on the ‘emergency’ line.

Have head that safety is somewhat of an issue for women but being a guy I never really had any problems with it.

Major construction going on all around the apartment complex though is extremely annoying, trucks blocking the roads, noise and of course the fun of getting flat tires due to random nails left all about.

So many better places all around in this area – no reason why you would have to live here!
