Not the best complex ever, but good deal for the money. I did not have the horrible experiances these other reviewers had. Office staff was always friendly and of average competancy. I parked in the back corner of the complex and never noticed any problems with crime, although there is a risk due to being near the Village. Maintainance request were handeled promptly, although I had to get my fridge replaced, and the replacement had the door opening on the wrong side. There was a small big problem when I moved in, but I sprayed raid on the bottom of the walls once and it solved the problem. The laundry rooms DO totally SUCK though. Doors don't really shut, and the windows are not so much "windows" as "Square holes" - no glass. Always problems with 2 of 4 washers in my area.

Overall, good deal for the money.
