I totally agree with the negative assessment of the management. I lived there from 2002-2004 and I recently checked my credit score report in 2/06 and Amesbury Parc reported me to a collection agency even though I have a check stub that clearly states in the memo that all accounts were paid in full to Amesbury Parc after 8/04. Amesbury Parc changed management and became a horrible place to live, which prompted me to move out. Now my credit score has dropped 60 points b/c they claim that I did not pay my bill of $62. DO NOT LIVE HERE!
