The staff here is the most unhelpful staff ever. Two girls up front surfin myspace ALL day long act like they dont want to deal with you. The one "Polish" lady you have to deal with has to squeeze you in between her smoke breaks.

I lived there a bit over a year. On the day I moved out I payed the total amount due in rent. When I received my final balance they tacked on an EXTRA 85 or so dollars. They had no explanation for it and told me to take it up with their main office.

I'm still having to deal with them even thou I havent lived there in over a month.

The apartments themselves are a bit old. They werent too bad but the roach problem is OFF THE WALL. Its not the quantity but the overall size of the roaches that was pretty disturbing. Almost every night walking into to the kitchen I would see at least ONE large black roach. Despite constant cleaning and being anal about the place the roach situation never goes away.

Honestly the location of these apartments is somewhat convenient but given the issues I had there as well as having to deal with the hags in that office dont make it a worthwhile experience.

BTW the neighbors are "okay". There are a few SMU students there so get ready for the occasianal drunk idiot running thru the complex shouting for some bunk team.
Another thing about the neighbors, a lot of people here have dogs and a good majority of them let them ---- EVERYWHERE. They dont pick up after their pets and I witnessed at least 2 or 3 neighbors that just opened their doors and let their dogs run out right quick for a dump and then let them right back in afterwards.


By all means keep looking.
