The managers of the leasing office are incredibly unprofessional and rude. Mystia will probably tell you she is hung over from the night before. Ask to speak to Louise Fox (the big wig) and she'll reluctantly oblige. If you are an SMU student Louise will talk to you as if you were a 5 year old kid supported by your parents. THERE IS NO DEPOSIT (in the sense you may think.) They charged me $225 for a deposit and then fail to mention that it is actually an administration fee that does nothing to pay for damages upon move out. My apartment had two ceiling leaks that would always stop leaking before maintenance arrived (So they were never fixed and the carpet was often obviously wet) The drains are all very slow or straight up clogged. COCKROACHES EVERYWHERE! neighbors are rude and complain to management about anything and everything. Our dishwasher broke numerous times. They charged us $100 because of an alleged urination that occured in the bushes. They even charged us for cigarettes being disposed of improperly. (Could have been any other resident) neighbors would rather piss and complain then actually ask you to keep the noise down.

AMESBURY PARC IS THE WORST RENTING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!

Don't even consider it.

I lived around the corner from these residents and know who they are. When they first moved in it was two girls and a guy. One of the girls quickly left after the partying behavior by the other girl. Other guy moved in and thing calmed down for a while, until girl had another party, beer cans and bottles all over the place. My child witnesses the alleged urination and I witness drug use and we did ask to keep the noise down. This is a nice family place, with good students from SMU, not party town USA. Good luck to the new place you move into. I am glad management had the balls to kick you out.
