This place is a little hood-rat... literally.

I lived here for seven months between 2006 and 2007, thank God I only signed a seven month lease. First off, really big space, great floor plan other than the TINY kitchen and so much storage space. I had about six cockroaches during my stay, they give me goose-bumps and anxiety, but that's a personal problem I suppose. I also had a roommate that I did not intend on having. One morning, I went to sit on my couch when I noticed animal droppings of some sort. Too big to have come from a small mouse. The apartment complex gave me some rat poison that did not work, because it was left untouched. As soon as I bought my own, what ever the critter was, went to town on it. This same critter chewed through the garbage that was in my kitchen. Now, usually that happens outside your home, but whatever. Also, my little friend, appropriately named Rat Bastard, would wake me up every Saturday morning because he was scratching in the walls. So, I finally set a rat trap inside a box, so I wouldn't have to look at the carnage. I never caught anything, but it tripped the trap and ate all of the peanut butter off of it. So Lord only knows what happened to Rat Bastard. All I know is that this place STRESSED me out, being a single female I'm not much for unexpected visitors. I can't handle cockroaches let alone a "wild animal" of some sort. I thought it was a bit pricey for the experience. I guess you are paying primarily for your location. Which is great. I loved living in Dallas, just not in that apartment. As far as management goes, you know, most everywhere I've lived, they've sucked. Best of luck to you.
