If you think the pricing on these apts. are too good to be true, you're right. The reason they are so cheap: extremely poor management, you cannot get anything repaired unless you call them relentlessly, the site is filthy and a lot of the tenants hang outside everyday yelling, drinking and cursing. The manager is so stupid she acts like she doesn't understand English when spoken to. The staff is lazy and act like you are bothering them when you enter the doors (unless you are renting an apt from them). Don't move here.....
