I can't wait to move.

This has been the worst apartment experience ever. I would stongly discourage anyone from moving here. I moved in Aug of 2003 and I at first had a pleasant experience. We chose this apartment because of the private fenced-in patio and cheap rent. Maintenance requests were handled promptly and sufficiently.

Then management changed. Before we knew it, we had gotten a survey asking our opinion of our fenced-in patios. The very next day we recieved notices to clear all personal items from the patio because they were removing the fences for a "beautification process." Management here has no interest their tenants input, although they did do one cheap attempt to pretend that they do. Needless to say our fences were removed. When I asked what had happened, I was told that upon renewing my lease (that wasn't even up for another 6 mos.) that I could get the fence back. Sound like extortion' You bet it does.

This is just one of the many pain-in-the-ass experiences that you too will encounter if you live here. Though the extremely cheap rent might be appealing, it is definitely not worth putting up with the loads of managerial crap.

In addition to crappy management, the place itself is a dump. The wooden fixtures (doors, cabinets, molding) are rotting, yet they continue to lather coats of paint on top of them to cover them up. It looks extremely tacky. None of the doors in our townhome actually close. The front door has no seal, water actually comes in when it rains . . .not to mention cold air. The walls are paper thin. Not only can you hear other tenants, but people talking outside sound like their in your bedroom with you. The parking lot does provide ample space to park in, however, it is very dark at night and there are frequently people hanging out all hours of the night. My shower door had to be replaced and the maintenance crew thought it'd be a good idea to completely remove my door before the replacement came in (good thing this apt. happens to have more than one bathroom). They even wrote on another tenants souvenir postcards to let her know that they had been there. What happened to the standard maintenance was here forms'

Had it not been for my lease, I would have moved a long time ago. I cannot wait to move.
