I have lived here for three years and have been very happy. The first two years were under different management, and yes, they did things that I definitely didn't approve of....like painting over the old decaying wood and painting on top of the rust spots on the bathroom sinks. But now, with the newest management that's been here about a year, everything is SO MUCH BETTER. For example:
I asked for new bathroom sinks since the paint had come off the rust spots and they were installed less than 48 hours later!
The new management has really beautified the landscape. They also created a new fitness center which is just wonderful. The pool has been kept in great condition. I live on the first floor and have only had one water bug in my house in three years, thankfully! I've never had a roach problem. The ants are bit pesky, but we are working on getting rid of them. I love this place and would definitely recommend it to anyone!

"The ants are bit pesky, but we are working on getting rid of them."....did anyone else notice the 'we' bit in this!! hmm....seems to me they work here...cos I live here and it's hell. NOISY..all the time......every day/night. had to call the police already and we've been here 2 months.
