in recent years, the new owners and new managers have tried their best to ruin this once-lovely complex. from the derelict cars in the lots to the derelict renters who carry on drunkenly too many nights, this place is becoming unlivable. roaches, rats (the human and animal kind) run through the place. loud music from parked cars, break-ins of cars and apartments (suspects include several neighbors) -- you name it, the nightmares are here. they should fix these places up, raise the criteria for renting and get a better class of tenants. it's the best location in east dallas.
