I've lived in these apartments for two years and now that my lease is up I'm running for it. Here are the reasons:

MAIN REASON - THERE IS A DALLAS POLICE SUBSTATION IN THE COMPLEX. WHAT DOES THAT TELL YOU'

1) My townhome now rents for $499 - can you say "Hello, Section 8, come right in"'

2) There is yellow overspray on my car from some idiot painting his car in the parking lot.

3) Management. There isn't any, except to extort money from you. Or to treat you like you're a pain in the butt to them. According to my lease terms, I don't pay gas, and when they charged me for it and I didn't pay it, they sent me an eviction notice. For $15.00! I wasn't the only one to get this notice, and the manager told me to "use my common sense". Huh' They sent ME the notice, not the other way around.

4) Lack of security. I moved here because of the privacy fence around my patio. That has since been removed and there have been several break-ins at the complex, and there are NO security guards. My boyfriend won't come over to my place, and doesn't want me staying there by myself - not a good thing.

In summary, this place sucks and it's only going to get worse. Don't bother moving here unless you want to live in squalor.
