I really liked my apartment for the first 3 years, despite the incredibly slow maintenance response times (several weeks & multiple requests) and the total lack of security. However, the last six months there have been severe RAT problems. They live in the surrounding trees and I often hear them in the ceiling. One managed to get into my apartment and, after 24 hours, I ended up having to catch it myself. Also, both showers were unusable for two weeks each (at separate times) and I had to threaten legal action before anyone even came to look at them. The buildings themselves are well-built and designed and very quiet, but the maintenance and office staff are atrocious.
