I have had continuous problems with the new management. When I renewed my lease I was guaranteed that my carpet would be cleaned. A date was set, but noone came. After two days, I called and a new date was set. Still, noone came. When I called again, I was told that someone would be there that day, if they had time. They did clean, but only the downstairs and the apartment smelled terrible from whatever they used to clean.

There is place on the sidewalk in front that I have complained about for over a year. Grass does not grow there and mud washes over the sidewalk. I was told that this was "on a list" of things that needed to be done.

It took at least six months to get the trees trimmed and it did not happen until I threatened to talk to the owner. The tree branches scraped against the rain gutter, making a terrible screeching noise that kept me awake at night.
