Glad I moved...

This is not the absolute worst but its not the best either. I lived there for two years in a townhome and the first year wasn't too bad, my neighbor was quiet but of course it was just a single person like myself. Then the second year was aweful, I had noisey neighbors that fought all the time, police were called multiple times by other residents and one time I had to intervene because it sounded like the woman was getting beaten. SHe was the only person on the lease and he wasn't even on it. My other neighbors were nice. Parking sucked because I had to park on the street. I think her name is Tiffany, in the management office is rude beyond belief and although I had been there for two years they tried to raise my rent by $150 when I thought I was already paying too much. The cabinets are particle board and my airconditioner was incredibly loud, I had to learn to tune it out. I wasn't ever scared there but the atmosphere wasn't the best either. I moved to a place that I like much better, better quality materials in the apartment, covered parking, security gate, friendly staff and all for less that what they wanted to raise my rent to at Amesbury!
