Maybe it's just me, but if there is supposedly more than a thousand dollars of repair that they needed to do to my place, why would the sell it to a collecter in less than 30 freakin days'''' That makes no sense, especially since I gave them adequate contact info, and they never made any attemp to contact me or even tell me any balance. Just automatically send it off to collections- where they probably only got half of what the outstanding balance was. These guys have deals with contractors, or have some ties with the collection agency because why would someone NOT INFORM A TENANT OF ANY BALANCE AND THEN SELL IT FOR A REDUCED PRICE TO BE COLLECTED BY A LOCAL AGENCY' Maybe I just don't get it, but I've lived in several places around town and never got scammed like this. Screw these aswipes. Nevermind that I paid them rent and utilities ontime every month for 2 years. Crooks, plain and simple.

yes, i had the same experience with these crooks. we can unite and fight with these idiots to get things straight!
