I have lived here for 2 years and I have never had a problem. The only thing that ever pissed me off were some neighbors wich after a couple of complaints they kicked out. If you leave your apartment looking like ---- of course they will charge you! It costs at least $200 to replace carpet you morons! Before you make a statment do your research, you people are ignorant.

Yeah, I never had a problem til I moved out.. oh except for the sewage flood that I had to leap across just to get to my car that they never properly cleaned up after, but besides that they were ok. And next time read all the way through. You missed the point completely. That's ignorant. The carpet wasn't that bad, maybe a patch job. The thing that gets me, is why no contact attempt.. just an instant reduced sale to a collector makes me think either the work wasn't done, or they have ties with the collector. The place is ok, but that's just bad business to spend that much money doing that much work and not even attempt to collect it, just sell it for probably 50 cents on the dollar or less.

Oh you got it all wrong "anonymous". You are lucky to have had a great experience because I have had serious issues with this property for the full 4 years of living there. I had mold and bedbugs which were infested in the carpet and walls before I moved in therefore my family has been eaten up by the bedbugs and I have had to throw out ALL of my furniture.
