This is probably the most unorganized managment team...theya re never in the office they always leave early when they are there. The are so unorganized we got broken in to twice ...dont move here the staff is very young and dumb
The maietnance guys are weird and creepy and hit on you

Our apartment was broken in to and we had several problems including bed bugs. I hope that Fairfield either finds new management or knocks them down in 2009 like they said.

Yes, this management is incredibly inept. I don't know how they expect people to work to be able to come in and talk to them. The office doesn't open till 9:00 and 6:00 is the latest they stay. There are no weekend hours. I don't know how they really show property. Most people's jobs are during these hours. The bill you for utilities (water and gas) but there is no breakdown of any kind. Does a one bedroom single tenant pay as much as a 2 bedroom family of 4? They give you a bill on your door and then send you an eviction letter if it's not paid in 5 to 7 days. I don't travel much but when I do have to go out of town for my job or on vacation I might(and have) missed their window for pay't. They don't appear to have any real system for keeping track of info for each apt.like utility payments or repair orders & whatever they have not everyone has access to. One guy in the office handles the bills and evidently the ladies in the office have no way to access the info. They are not so bright so maybe they have no idea how to set up files, excel worksheets or whatever. Aside from the fact that it is cheap and the apt. rooms are large, there is no reason to live here. Plus things are not really kept up well. They are some apartments as old of these in the area that are wonderfully maintained and look good. These just look run down.
