The apartments here are lovely, but they are old and full of roaches. I have had pest control come in numerous times and my apartment had been bombed twice. The roaches were still around. The staff was nice enough to let me transfer to another apartment, but my current one is still full of roaches. The noise level there is out of control becuase of the children screaming holy hell every night. They run through the plants, kick balls at windows, and press the emergency 911 button constantly. The grounds are kept up and I haven't heard of any break ins, but for someone looking for a quiet place to live, Amhurst Oaks is not the place.
