Incompetent Management

This complex used to be managed by Boxer property and we never had any issues. Then SunRidge took over and things have gotten steadily worse. Two words: green pool. Half the place burned down (that??s the big empty lot) and it??s only a matter of time before the rest of it goes. The staff is clueless and they can??t enforce their own community standards, even when those standards reflect city code. One of the employees moved in below me and he??s the worst neighbor I??ve even had, but there??s nothing the leasing office is willing to do about the loud music.

In regards to your internet ???critique??? from the 19th of August, I wanted to address the concerns that you had listed.

1. I invite you to go and enjoy your pools as many of our residents have this summer. I assure you they are not only clean and BLUE, but have been inspected by the City of Dallas to insure this.
2. Sunridge Management took over the property in November of last year. The portion of the property that burned down did so in 2000 and at the time either Boxer Properties or Sunridge Management had anything to do with it. We have learned that some of the residents that lived here before Sunridge took over were informed that it was permissible to grill on their patios/balconies as long as it was a gas grill, which is obviously incorrect. We have since sent out a letter to all residents stating that per City of Dallas Code that grilling in patios/balconies is PROHIBITED.
3. We are now enforcing our Community Standards and believe me we are not ???clueless??? about them, please let me know if you received the letter mailed to each resident on August 25th.
4. I have talked to your downstairs neighbor and he stated that on Saturday, August 26th at the time you called the office about the noise he was repairing an a/c in another apartment and nobody was at his apartment. Are you sure the noise is coming from that apartment? Sometimes it is difficult to know for sure where the sound is coming from but loud music is another issue that we addressed in our last letter.
5. We are auditing all the residents files and we have noticed that we do not have a Rental Application for your roommate, therefore it is necessary for you to come by the office and pickup up an application, He can fill it out at his earliest convenience and drop it off with a $35 money order which is the application fee. This was another issue that we referred to in the last letter mailed to the residents and is also part of the Community Standards that we are enforcing right now.
