Thank GOD were moving. I first move in here 3 years ago when the property was own by Boxer Properties. Management was very friendly and address any problem you had very quickly. As for the PRESENT management SUCKS!!!!. First of all the CRIME rate is though the roof. They allow any one to move in. I doubt they do background checks on any one or rental history on any new tenant's. And it doesn't matter that a Constable officer live here cause when a car is being broken into or a apartment is being ROBBED he's never around. I've never seen him parole the grounds. KIDS KIDS Kids there all over the place all hours of the night. Parents here allow there kids to roam all over the grounds in groups making a lot of noise. And the pools if they are open there dirty. I do agreed that no one in that damn office speaks proper ENGLISH. And WTF is the deal with the MANAGER having her own Parking SPOT below her apartment. What ever happen to customers come first. There are never any parking spots after 8pm. I personally do not have a problem with roaches, just MANAGMENT. Oh yeah the gates are left open all the time or there BROKEN.
