AMLI properties are terrible. The office staff is so hatefule and nasty, you dread ever having to go in the office. I lived in two AMLI properties and both were nightmares. The first place was full of disgusting low-life people. I transferred to one of their "better" properties. It was also full of low-lifes, the only difference was my rent was higher. I got out of my lease, because I just could not stand it any longer. The police was always there for one thing or another. The office staff told me that cars were being stolen there all the time. I feel sorry for anyone that is unfortunate enough to live at any AMLI property. Calling corporate is also an unpleasant experience. Just try to talk to anyone that has the power to do anything...good luck! You will get someone's voice mail....and you are lucky if you get a return call. Don't be fooled by their smiling faces. You are just a prospect to them. I never felt safe living there. I even feared the office staff at times. Once you sign that lease, it is down hill from that moment. Stay away from any AMLI property.
