the problem can be summed up like this: a company that does not value the people that work for them will never be great. ever notice that the great people in the office are the ones that keep being replaced'!' amli takes the path of least resistance...i.e. dispose of any resident or staff member that insists on being treated with dignity and/or respect. resolving issues and improving is hard work. why not just cut out the questions' amli is right on track to be a complacent management company that will never exceed the expectations of the residents. 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn
