It's all corporation!!!!!! Even though they say "family community" this organization cares nothing about you as a individual. We recommended the comunity in vernon Hills, Il with a promise of a $500.00 referal fee and never saw the money and never received any security deposit back even though the apartment was spotless.I have a story for every month we lived there. Do Not Rent from this organization
