I am the wife of the previous reviewer. I would like to add a couple of things to the growing list of concerns. I, too, was fooled by the attractive interiors and nice floorplan. However, the apartments are extremely poorly insulated: we know WAY too much about our verile neighbor behind us and our sick neighbor beside us and our thin upstairs neighbor who sounds like he ways 350.....

Furthermore, we have, on multiple occassions, witnessed people backing their cars up to the dumpsters and going through the trash!! I reported it twice, and have seen no action taken. I even waited outside to see if they actually sent the security patrol out, which they did not.

We pay way too much to feel like we live in the ghetto. And why even bother fixing the gate' It's a very false sence of security.

Definitely move elsewhere--I lived in a complex ten times this size and felt safer and better served.
