You don't want to live here. Period. I can tell you that never living a day there.

I have called the police numerous times due to loud noise from parties that I contend with from The Gates of Frankford Springs apartment complex which shares a fence in the rear. The office doesn't return my calls which I assume is because I don't live there, however, it does appear from other reviews I could be wrong. The last straw was on January 3rd when I had to call 3 times regarding some noisy guys on the second floor across from me until nearly 2AM.

The office is also not open on Sunday which shocks me as you would think they would want to lease to any schmuck stupid enough to visit during the day when it is quiet. Overall, the place looks nice, but I'd look elsewhere. Too many apartments in the area are receiving negative reviews. Be advised.
