My friend and I were so excited when we found what we thought was the "perfect" apartment for a roommate situation. We had a great floor-plan and got a great deal on our rent.

Well, we no longer live there! Other things led us to leave the complex but now we are thankful.

The office team with the exception of Nancy are horrible. They are not friendly, they do not respond timely, and pretty much seem apathetic towards all residents.

The look of the apts. is great but everyone is right -- the insulation is horrible; I didn't need to know what my neighbors fought about or yelled at their kids about.

We complained numerous times about the neighbor above us that sounded like they were dropping bowling balls at midnight every night and nothing was ever done about it.

The neighbors below us were permitted to barbeque on the lawn right outside of their balcony any and all times of the night -- and they did!!! When I expressed concern over people using a lot of lighter fluid, while grilling and drinking at midnight the only suggestion was to call the police if I felt my safety at a risk.

For luxury apartments -- nothing is luxourious at all.

When the apartment above our's had a leak it took the workmen over a week to fix it -- meaning they had to cut a whole in one of our showers and left the whole for several days. When it was finally finsihed we had to complain of the mess that was left -- paint, dirt, etc. It was ridiculous and never completely fixed.

Be aware that you'll get hasseled on a deposit return too!!!

What looks good isn't always good.
