We have lived on this property for a year and here recently the property sold to a new owner. Unfortunately the new owner does not have any experience with running an apartment Complex, and how to deal with residents. During my research as an investigator I learned that the new owner is an attorney who apparently made some good money and decided to invest in buying the property. Well he actually has been working in the office and did not contract a Managemnet company like 90% of all other property groups. On top of that it has also been understood that his own daughter is the
AST. Manager. We have contacted them with several different issues with living here and they always seem to sluff us off as if we do not fit in to there exuberant lifestyle. They are truly having a difficult time of managing the property. They have taken away the apartment get togethers where the property prepares small snacks and such and to gather residents to get to know eachother etc... This seems as though they are trying to cut spending to make a little more for themselves since they manage the property too. I was very concerned when I approached the ast. manager not knowing at the time her father owned the property and was disrespectful towards me. I do not often complain of such matters but I would only caution you to be aware of these things if you go in there.

Flash forward to 2009, 5 years later. This is the prime property anywhere in the neighborhood, including those built only a year or 2 ago. The same new owner, who never hired a management company, because it was a management company that initially made it into a hell hole of crooked employee's, several of whom made secret deals with similar vendor's and tenants, in order to subvert the property for their own profit. Once discovered and dislodged by new ownership, they they tried to make life miserable for everyone to prevent the change, including the use of this Website to defame the property, it's owner, his family, and all new employees. Visit the property now and discover the jewel (property) and the jewelry (it's new marvelous personnel) and you'll see that the struggle was worth the owner's personal time spent, in his "hands on" supervision; and, we believe, his lack of experience, and fearless determination, was probably the key to the successful turnaround. As long term, devoted tenants, we watched it happen - and the improvement was noticable from the very beginning, and, the effort never faltered. Good riddence to the trash that wrote this publication a long time ago.
