FURTHER MANAGEMENT RESPONSE with respect to recent spate of particularly vile and personal defamatory publications on this Website (engendered by "other than" residents): The Website has declared those publications as not only abusive, but in violation of its registration rules, and as a direct consequence, removed them from the Website. The first of those purported "tenant reviews" originated on 7/16/04 and ended on 8/10/04; their delayed removal, although considered prolonged (in terms of their vile & false contents) and their subsequent absence, may now confuse the website readers (relative to our first response) who did not see them. So, this explanation was felt necessary.

To those readers who did see the libelous publications, and may be interested in how the Website's policy of registrants violation/abuse of those publications on the Website are handled, the communication received from the Website, beyond the removal of the offending material, was to assure us that they would cooperate with us relative to revealing the identification of the person(s) who posted those libelous publications, and that due to their violation of the registration rules, any further postings by those parties would be screened and/or their privileges revoked. (We intend to proceed with our legal remedy accordingly).

A Final Note: With respect to most of the remaining reviews on this Website (for our property), although we deplore that some of them were obviously written by bigots & --- bashers, and object to the content, sentiment expressed, and further note Website violations in terms of their personal nature (at least by inference), they all occurred or relate to persons and events, at a time that predates our ownership of the property; even where some of them are dated as within our period of ownership, the events referred to nevertheless refer to times and events predating our ownership; and, therefore, the details fall outside our scope of history & accountability. But, to the extent that some of them contain facts that have any merit whatsoever, we are of course, noting them for inclusion in our program of continued improvement of the property and its operations- primarily customer service!
