I moved into this apartment and lived here for six months. During the six months that we lived here the management changed 3 times. Finally they got new management that knew nothing about the apartment buisness. Being in the industry, I know some of the rules and regs when moving out. We did not recieve our move out inspection untill two months after the date we moved out which makes it invalid and they are responsible for paying your deposit x 3 back to you. Did this happen' No. They still tried to get money out of us. Myself and 2 other roomates lived in one of there townehomes, which was very nice. When we moved in we were lied to and told that there was two seperate air conditioners to cool the upstairs and downstairs. This was a lie. When we did move out to go our seperate ways, they noted that our reason for moving out was "money problems." This was never stated to any of the staff and was never an issue. They told the new apartments that were verifying rental history that this is why we moved out. Just beware before moving in these apartments...the management knows nothing about the buisness which will cause you a major headace!!! One other thing, our cars were egged a few times and we told the staff about it, they did nothing except fined us for the egg on the driveway.

I knew this group of party girls, who attracted a rotating bunch of disrespectful boys, who I had occasion to observe, and who I saw trash the area on more than one occasion. In fact it was thier own boyfriends that egged the girls cars (apparently they weren't treated like they wanted to be either - by a trio of no class teasers). These teenaged, unsupervised girls (subsidized by their parents) were bad holdover tenants, that were asked to leave, and good riddance is what I say. The probems they created disappeared with them, and peace and quiet was restored. As far as the knowledge of new management is concerned, it's the old management company that was dumb enough to let that bad news bunch in, so I'll take the good ordinary business sense of the new owners over the so called industry "experience" alluded to as preferred by this posted complaint. In fact that substitution is what has kept me here.
