I have completed my first year at this complex. I was very happy with my renewal, which I shopped heavily, as I am on a strict budget, and I have worked as a leasing agent in the past. In the course of my search (in the neighborhood)I couldn't find a better bargin, but admittedly, I was not just looking for price. I love the spacious grounds and the spectacular resort pool, along with the clubhouse and other amenities. But, I especially like how I am treated by all the properties' staff. On previous properties' when I voiced any legitimate complaint, I was greeted with hostility or simply ignored. What a change! That is what motivated me to post this recommendation. As an aside, I noticed that a prior comment complains of some sort of malignant move-out policy: Since I have been here, I've known several teants that have moved without any complaints about how they were treated. Some people's standards of how they live, including never cleaning their carpets, is probably the difference; and, even though their argument, to avoid a charge upon move out, may be sincere, it doesn't mean that their bias "belief" meets any objective standard - believe me!
