This complex can't be beat and it's price is more than competitive considering what you get. I signed up for the 3rd time and I didn't have to spend any time convincing them of the rate I expected (as I had priced other complexes in the neighborhood first). And the best part was that they were clearly pleased that I was staying! (Actually, for any "apparent" savings I might have secured elsewhere, it wouldn't have been worth moving, and would have been a downgrade anyway). My experience here has been great, and as an earlier commentor noted, my pet loves it here too. I've noted the few complaints about the parking, but for only a small monthly fee, that's never been a problem for me with a covered space (but I have a nice car and wouldn't park in in full sun anyway). The most important thing to me however is whether I am safe in my environment or in any way menaced by my neighbors. I've lived in complexes before where they have allowed unqualified persons to rent to fill up vacancies, but they soon paid the price by the troubles that created, not the least of which, were those created by the "friends" of those unqualified persons, and, I understand that those unqualified tenants usually ended up being evicted for not paying the rent anyway, or worse (so I don't understand the logic of lowering the standards since it costs more in the long run). And clearly, the new ownership of this complex has not pursued that policy, in fact I've noticed steady improvement in the nature of the people I meet here (I get around when walking my dog), and, as is evidenced by the quality of care that is devoted to their automobiles. I really like it here, its reasonably close to my work, and it's convenient to any kind of shopping and nightlife I desire. I recommend it to anyone that doesn't value everything in terms of saving pennies over other more important factors in where you choose to make a home.
