Been here 9 mos. and plan to renew. Considering the competition this place is a bargin. We love the separate water polo pool. And the workout room is well maintained and regulated. No problems with our neighbors, and although it's a little noisy along Marsh Lane where our apartment is located, we like the convenience this location provides. Parking is a problem wherever we've rented, but that's solved if you rent a garage, and many of them here come with 2 parking places in front of it - at no extra charge!
