The Previous Publication is a Fraud!

This is weird. I was scanning this Web site looking at all the apartment complexes in the area, as I'm coming up for renewal, and wanted to get an idea of the market. And, guess what' I came upon the previous TOXIC MOLD publication twice! It was first posted on 6/14/05, by an alleged tenant of "Gardens at Vail", a complex just down the street from here. The same exact Title and everything. Don't take my word for it - Check it out! Obviously, the publisher of this repetitive posting, pretending to be a tenant,while at the same time casting aspersions on whether other publishers are legitimate tenants, has some personal agenda that does not belong here, and worse, probably some kind of scheme to extort money from apartment complexes. This is not fair to either the owners of those complexes or to the people like me who are looking for honest, objective reviews on this Web site. Hopefully the owners of the Web site are reviewing for this kind of problem and seek to apprehend the perpetrator and stop this kind of abuse. And, in defense of this property, I shopped for it before I leased, and probably will renew here when I've completed my current shopping.

Thanks to this very conscientious person, to whom we would like to publically thank here, the Fraudulent Publication that he, or she, speaks to in this review, as having been published immediately before this one pertaining to another property, was quickly removed by the Web site Editors when we brought it to their attention, and pursuant to our request, as was the identical one that this publisher had identified as having been posted earlier on the "Gardens at Vail" Web site. And although the offending messages are now gone, Management will nevertheless continue in its quest to identify the publisher of that now removed malicious fraud, and seek punishment for the deliberate defamation of it's property.
