What we really like about this place is the way it's integrated into the nice, upscale residential community next door, with the entry way off on a side street. Plus the initial row of townehomes form a transition from the homes to the larger apartment buildings. It's a lot like having a stand alone home without all the maintenance and yard work. And this works for us as we don't want the burden of homeownership. Also, a major plus are the fensed and landscaped dog runs, which gives our dogs an opportunity to freely enjoy themselves.
