When are the gates going to ever work properly' I have lived here over a year and a half and they are always broken. Whats the deal' Also, parking is very limited.

I recently moved here 3 months ago and have already noticed the same issues above. Parking is horrible. It seems that tenants with garages are taking up room that could be utilized for parking. On the positive side, the apts are roomy, nice priced, nice outside and pleasant leasing staff. Overall, I am happy living here, but just the parking is getting to me.

Parkings been a problem everywhere I've rented. I finally broke down and rented a carport here mainly because I finally got a really nice car that I don't want in the sun all day; however, I found that the carports here are readily available, relatively inexpensive, and now assures me a parking space without spending all that time looking around for one close to my apartment; also, now I can always remember where I parked my car! And yes, I know people living here that use the free parking and use their garage for something else, but that happens everywhere too. It's like the tollway, pay the price or quit complaining about the the inconveniece. It's worth the money believe me.
