The management here is very responsive. And tenant standards are high. But sometimes a few questionable types get by the leasing agents. Fortunately they don't stay long. We pretty much keep to ourselves but the other people who have been here long terms are worthy neighbors who appreciate this place. We have been here for a long time and after a rocky start the improvement here has been steady and consistent. No back sliding that we've seen.
