As with all apartments, things get broken and need repair. The crew here is very responsive and very capable. They are friendly and accommodating, I have found.

At the present time the Jacuzzi on the property is out of order. IT has been for over 3 months. I have asked various employees when it will be up and running again. I get various answers but to me it can be summed up like this.

The ownership has this crew on a very short list of expenditures and budget. Everything has to be approved over a certain amount. My guess its about $500 or so. You can't bring in any type of professional electrician, plumber or Hot Tub specialist to diagnose the problem for that amount much less get parts to fix in a reasonable amount of time. If the problem lies within the boiler thats a bill of over $1000, so just get it done!!!

It seems they are always waiting on someone's approval. How much time does it take to make a phone call and explain what is going on and
get a verbal ok and then do the paperwork'

The owner has more than this apartment so getting resolution to problems fast shouldn't be a mystery to him or his upper level manager over this facility. This a multi-million dollar facility with hundreds of tenants, like most apartments, that need to fix problems faster to the tenants satisfaction.

We signed on here based on many things, including the amenities, but having them out of commission for more than 3 months is totally unacceptable. Perhaps we all should get a 10% credit for each month the tub is down' And don't get me started on the down time of the pool last summer, during peak pool time.

Again, I don't blame the staff here, they are excellent, but something is a miss above them. 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C
