I really enjoy living here. Gates are actually WORKING now. If they do go down they seem to get fixed that day, not a month later like before. They just redid the hot tub which was all chipped up looking and screwed up for over 2 years!! The people in the office seem nice and even sent a birthday card - NEVER seen that before. My only issue is parking, especially on the weekends. I'd like to have a spot but I'm not going to fork out another $20 a month for it. Overall though I'd recommend the place.
I won't go anywhere if the property stays up and the area stays nice.
