I LIVED IN THIS SO CALLED COMMUNITY FOR 4 YEARS, WHEN I FIRST SIGNED THE LEASE I WAS VERY PLEASES WITH THE OFFICE MANAGEMENT, THE SECURITY AND THE APARTMENTS AS A WHOLE. SINCE THEN WE HAVE HAD ABOUT 5 CHANGES OF COMPLETELY NEW STAFF IN THE OFFICE AND THEY ARE ALL INCOPTIENT AND BLAME THE STAFF BEFORE THEM FOR EVERYTHING THAT GOES WRONG AND NEVER TRY TO FIX ANYTHING, THE MAINTANCE CREW IS GETTING WORSE AND WORSE; MY TRACK LIGHTING FELL OUT OF MY CEILING IN MY KITCHEN AND IT TOOK THEM 3 DAYS TO COME FIX IT. MY REFRIGERATOR FLOODED MY KITCHEN 4 TIMES BEFORE THEY RELPACED IT, JUST TO HAVE IT FLOOD AGAIN. THE SO CALLED SECURITY GATE NEVER WORKS, ITS ALWAYS STUCK OPEN... WHICH THAT MIGHT BE THE REASON WHY THERE HAS BEEN ARMED ROBBERIES! COME ON PEOPLE, THAT SHOULD BE A HINT TO GET IT FIXED! THE WALLS ARE REALLY THIN, YOU OFTEN HEAR YOUR NEIGHBORS HAVING CONVERSATIONS AMONG OTHER THINGS. DURING THE COLDER MONTHS THEY ALWAYS (EVERY YEAR) DECIDE TO DRAIN THE HOT TUB AND LEAVE IT OUT OF COMMISSION FOR MONTHS. AND DONT EVEN TRY TO FIND PARKING AFTER 3PM, BECAUSE YOU WONT. IF YOU DO DECIDE TO LIVE HERE YOUR BEST BET IS GET ON THE WAITING LIST FOR ASSIGNED PARKING THAT WIL BE ACROSS THE OTHER SIDE OF THE COMPLEX. I COULD GO ON FOR DAYS JUST DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY, DO WHAT THEY TOLD ME, AND THIS IS A DIRECT QUOTE FROM THE COMPLEX MANAGER "THERE ARE BETTER COMMUNITIES AROUND US, GO LIVE TERE."

This posting is false and vindictive. Not to mention illiterate (e.g., what does "INCOPTIENT" mean anyway)? First of all, everyone here who attended the last Dallas Police/Courtesty officer meeting at the clubhouse, knows that there has been only one robbery here, and that the victim himself brought the robbers home from another part of town after making himself a target (his business required him to transport large sums of cash), and then he didn't even take the precaution to lock his door! Secondly, this disguntled ex tenant after being so nice for the 4 years that she lived here, after she didn't for once have her unreasonalbe demands met upon departure, now lists all the exaggerated rumors she heard about over those entire 4 years. I mean things happen all the time. Things break down - they get fixed. That's normal operations. Unfairly exaggerating them and condensing them down over a span of 4 years, as though they are ungoing, is nonsense and just plain malicious. And, her other complaints don't make sense in light of the fact that she didn't complain of them for the 4 years she lived here. And it's absolutely false that there has been 5 turnovers of management staff. It is the same management. Same ownership. Employees come and go all the time. Everyone has their own life and live it as they please. And these days everyone changes jobs when it suits them for any number of reasons that have nothing to do with management's decison that they stay or go. The management & maintenance response here is courteous and fast. No excuses. No nonsense. Just ask around and you'll get the real scoop on this property, and it will reveal that it's the best property anywhere around here. It's unfortunate that some nut has the ability to anonymously slander a property on this so called free bullitin board.
