I have lived in this community for almost two years now. In that time, my car was broken into twice and my CD player was stolen both times. The parking is also terrible. Even if you pay for a covered parking spot for yourself, if you have a guest over they should expect to walk a long way to get to your apartment. Maintenance requests were also ignored when I first moved in, it actually took me 5 requests to get my hot water heater replaced because I was taking a cold shower every morning. Marsh lane is also a VERY noisy and highly traveled street (apartment complex is on the corner of Marsh and Briargrove). I would not recommend this community to anyone.

I have lived here at andalusian gate for almost 5 years and yes some of the parking is an issue, but are you paying for your friends to park or yourself number one... number two only 2 or 3 buildings have their rear apts on marsh lane and if you didnt realize you were moving onto marsh lane when you signed then thats your mistake for not asking beforehand since you had to come down marsh to get into the apts to see them the first time. I also have had my personal belongings stolen but that happens just about everywhere , and since the new management took over there actual thefts had been reduced.as you stated maintenence when you first moved in mot with the new staff was kinda slow... but they have changed. I would reccommend this property but would advise that you all should research everything beforehand when moving into any community.
