I have lived here for 2 years now and things around the complex seem to be getting better. After the horrible storm we had management was quick to respond and got everything cleaned up by the time I came home from work. The apartments around us still look a mess and it has been over a week now. I love my apartment in that it is cheap for the square footage and location. The new staff is really helping to clean up the place with the resurfacing of the pool and putting in some much needed speed bumps. I have only one bad thing to say but it is not about the complex but the neighborhood. It is a bit shady around here and safety can be an issue. I personally have not had anything happen, but have seen a lot of crime. Rumor is that there is a lot of governmental housing in the area and you can tell as you go to businesses around the neighborhood. I have to say that this is a great complex if you have a dog as they have 2 dog parks that are fenced in. All and all my 2 years have not been bad and I would recommend living here.
